The Capital Y Tri is back! Starting at 8am Saturday, August 11th at 8am!
It will consist of a 425 yard swim in the competition pool followed by a 11 mile bike ride and finshed with a 5K race. The 5K route is the same used for the Rise N Shine and the Capital Y Tri. You may sign up as a team or on your own.

This is an optional 7 week program (June 25-August 7) specialized to work with participants on Swim Stroke, Swim Training, and Strength Training. Registration for this training program is now open.
Bike Training with Erika Rodrigue Wednesdays 5:00 - 5:45pm
Swim Training with Megan Crowder Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:00pm
Strength Training with Jo Irland Cormier Thursdays 5:30-6:15pm
Non-members $200 *includes a single adult membership for the duration of the program.
