The Transformation Challenge is designed to completely transform how you think about food, sleep, exercise, and the scale with the help from our expert coaches.
TRAIN TOGETHER Our certified personal trainers will coach you through a progressive strength & conditioning program designed to help you get stronger and improve your stamina, flexibility, stability and mobility. The workouts are geared for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced and with groups of maximum of 8 participants, you’ll get the personalized attention you need to maximize your progress.
The program includes two 55 minute workouts per week as well as additional workouts to complete on your own. STAY ACCOUNTABLE The program includes an initial consultation with a Certified Nutrition Coach, plus a 30 Minute Check in half way through the program to track your progress.
You’ll also receive access to a private Facebook group with nutrition information, workouts, and support from other participants. Additionally, the program includes a Gym Gypsy Journal to track your workouts, nutrition, sleep, daily goals, and motivation throughout the program for a comprehensive approach.
