YMCA 360: FREE ON-DEMAND VIDEOS
A cohort of Ys have collaborated to create an on-demand healthy living network called YMCA 360, which includes virtual programs that can be accessed anywhere. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and recommendations for social distancing, the team behind YMCA 360 has made this programming available for free to all Ys to share with their members and community. The YMCA 360 team will continue to add to the content, including programs for kids and families!
MOSSA MOVE: FREE ON-DEMAND WORKOUTS
We have partnered with MOSSA to provide a 60-day free trial to KV YMCA members. MOSSA gives you the highest quality workouts anytime, anywhere. KV YMCA members now have access to KRU Active fitness programs for free! When you register, simply enter YMCA KEN as your health club. Once you've signed up, you can download the iOS and Android apps as well.
SilverSneakers members get access to an exclusive video library of workouts, wellness videos and exercise programs. Silver Sneakers On-Demand features a wide variety of videos, specifically designed for people ages 65 and up for flexibility/mobility, balance, cardio, strength and more! You must be enrolled in the SilverSneakers program to access these resources.

Parent Child A/B & Preschool 1: Blowing Bubbles
Step 1 - Fill a bowl with water and blow at the water to make it move
Step 2 - Place a floating toy in the water (like a rubber duck) and blow to move the toy around the bowl
Step 3 - Place your chin, mouth and nose in the water and blow bubbles
Preschool 2/3/4 & Youth 1-3: Back Floats
Lay on your back on the floor with your arms above your head and your biceps pressed tightly against your ears. Lift your arms and legs up off the floor with your head tilted back. Hold for 10 seconds, then release. Repeat 2-3 times.
Youth 4/5/6: Bilateral Breathing
Lay on your stomach with your arms above your head. Lift your arms and legs, and kick for 6 seconds. Rotate to one side, moving your top arm by your side, and kick for 6 seconds. Rotate back to your stomach and kick for 6 seconds. Rotate to the other side and kick for 6 seconds. Then back to your stomach and kick of 6 seconds. Repeat 2-3 times.
