That's where Health Coaches come in. We're here to help you wade through what is backed by science and has been proven to work, and what hasn't. Health Coaching is both an art, and a science. Each client is unique and we understand that often what stops us from making changes on our own isn't a lack of knowledge, but a lack of support, accountability, and a realistic game plan.
Your Health Coach understands that not every approach works for every person, and they will help you find solutions that work for your lifestyle to facilitate a change process through visioning, goal setting and accountability that can lead to sustainable change. As a team, we will work together to build positive pathways that lead you to where you want to go in a confidential, judgment-free and supportive space.

We offer health coaching in person at our Augusta or Manchester Campus, or via Zoom from the comfort of your own home.
During your 30-minute session, your Health Coach will get to know you, your health history, your current lifestyle and work with you to create a roadmap to help you reach your goals and create lasting lifestyle changes.
