We offer group lessons for all swimming from the beginning adult swimmer who isn't confident in the water, to the advanced swimmer looking for help with their technique.

The goal of this swim lesson is to increase your basic swim stroke techniques. You will develop stroke skills, learn body position, and rotary breathing. You should be able to swim a length of the pool confidently.
The goal of this swim lesson is to work toward perfecting your stroke technique. You will develop strokes further, master body position, and learn flip turns. Workout plans can be developed during this class.
