Parent Child A/B & Preschool 1: Blowing Bubbles
Step 1 - Fill a bowl with water and blow at the water to make it move
Step 2 - Place a floating toy in the water (like a rubber duck) and blow to move the toy around the bowl
Step 3 - Place your chin, mouth and nose in the water and blow bubbles
Preschool 2/3/4 & Youth 1-3: Back Floats
Lay on your back on the floor with your arms above your head and your biceps pressed tightly against your ears. Lift your arms and legs up off the floor with your head tilted back. Hold for 10 seconds, then release. Repeat 2-3 times.
Youth 4/5/6: Bilateral Breathing
Lay on your stomach with your arms above your head. Lift your arms and legs, and kick for 6 seconds. Rotate to one side, moving your top arm by your side, and kick for 6 seconds. Rotate back to your stomach and kick for 6 seconds. Rotate to the other side and kick for 6 seconds. Then back to your stomach and kick of 6 seconds. Repeat 2-3 times.
