REMOTE TRAINING

What is remote training?

Just like when you work with a personal trainer in the gym, remote training is a great opportunity to receive one-on-one attention from a qualified fitness professional. You will have a 30 or 55 minute video call with your trainer where he or she will be able to demonstrate exercises, evaluate your exercise form, and offer corrections, advice, and motivation.
Our trainers are able to implement strategies that help you get the most efficient and effective workouts from the safety of your own home. Our trainers can even come up with substitutions for equipment you might use in the gym, but don't have at home. Let them do the problem-solving for you, so you can focus on all the other important things in your life - like suddenly homeschooling your children or figuring out how to get your work done from home. THE PERSONAL TRAINER’S JOB IS TO OFFER WHAT THE CLIENT NEEDS, WHEN THEY NEED IT.

We have a variety of personal training packages to accommodate your schedule and your budget. Want more information on personal training? Contact Shayna, Health & Wellness Coordinator at shayna@kvymca.org or 207 707 4771, or fill out the form below to book your complimentary first session today.
